11/07/2010 Annual Election and Membership Verification MeetingDear member of Belarusan American Community Center "Polacak"The Polacak annual meeting will be held on the date of November 7, 2010, at 12:30 pm in the Polacak Hall. During this year's assembly, a membership conformation session will be conducted. You must confirm your desire to remain a member of the Polacak community and submit the $10 (ten) dollar annual fee. The members, whom are present and paid for, will receive a confirmation of their membership, a Polacak Membership card, and voting rights. If you cannot attend the meeting on the date provided due to extenuating circumstances, you may submit a proxy with an explanation of the inability to attend, along with the attached membership fee.
