The Belarusan / American Community Center is the perfect place to plan your special event. We offer a wide variety of options from formal receptions to casual gatherings. Wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, showers, reunions & Holiday parties are just some of our specialties.

Our menus feature a variety of combinations that may be customized to fit each & every occasion. We pride ourselves in offering one of the most extensive menus in the area. We use only the finest ingredients in our preparations and offer them at a reasonable price. We will accommodate any special dietary needs that your guests may have and offer special menus and pricing for children.

A spacious foyer entry way leads to our Main Ballroom that can accommodate up to 300 guests. Opening our adjoining room allows seating for an additional 100 guests. Our Community Room will accommodate 50 to 80 guests. This room has a separate entrance and access to the bar area. There is a fully covered patio area off of the Main Ballroom for your guests that prefer to smoke.

Our Main Ballroom features beautiful crystal chandeliers and a large custom oak dance floor. The Center provides many additional items at no extra charge. Table linens, napkins, skirting, mirror tiles and votive candles are all included.

Your guests may arrive any time in the afternoon. The city of Strongsville will no allow events to go after midnight. A Strongsville police officer will be present for all parties serving alcohol at the bar. There is a $900.00 deposit required to confirm your date. The deposit is refunded within one week after your event. All menus must be selected at least two weeks in advance. A final count is required one week in advance with final payment made by cash or certified check.

The Center is managed by a professional staff that is dedicated to making every visit an unforgettable experience. Special pricing is available on weekdays including evenings.
